Great coffee, fantastic location. Main drawback is the mosquitoes. Lots of unkept birdbaths. Better to take coffee inside or to go which is too bad since it's so nice outside.

Queen Bean Coffeehouse offers a delightful experience for coffee, tea, and sandwich enthusiasts alike. The spacious interior, coupled with outdoor seating, provides the perfect ambiance for meetings or catching up with friends. Today, the manager went above and beyond, crafting a delicious sandwich that perfectly complemented my choice of a Earl Grey tea with a hint of sugar. Having frequented this gem over the past decade, it consistently delivers positive experiences, making it a reliable go-to spot for a satisfying culinary and social indulgence.

So let's talk about the establishment. It's a house that has been converted. The interior was cool. The staff here are AWESOME and very friendly. I went with the Aztec iced coffee. A little on the sweet side but good. I am definitely coming back.

Have been here a couple of times whenever I'm in Modesto going back and forth from Magic mocha and QB. Their facility has indoor and outdoor seating with a variety of different decorations, dogs are allowed outside. The coffee is alright, I prefer it to be a little more stronger I also ordered a turkey egg croissant but gave me a bacon egg croissant and was already driving away when I checked, the edges of the croissant were also hard and burnt, not sure if their other items will be the same, however, it definitely is a cute little place to sit outside and spend some quality time with friends.

Food/Drink: We ordered two breakfast burritos, lemonade, and two chai latte's. The breakfast burritos were okay. The scrambled eggs inside were on the overcooked side, this happens sometimes when too many things are cooked with the eggs (veggies, bacon bits, etc.). The cheese and green salsa helped cover up some of the taste, I would have enjoyed a little more salt and pepper. The tortilla was grilled and nicely wrapped, it held everything in tightly. I appreciate the time spent and love put into the burritos. I give it a 7/10. The lemonade and chai latte's were tasty. Interior/Exterior: The café is in a house and has the cutest garden and patio. Very inviting and lush. The interior is warm and feels like walking into a grandmothers home, super cozy during all seasons. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. Location & parking: The café is located in downtown on 14th street. There's plenty of street parking. I've gone during both the morning and afternoon hours, I've never struggled with finding parking. Experience: I've been here a handful of times and have enjoyed each visit. The staff have always been super kind and honest. I never feel rushed and always feel like I'm just hanging out. Always a space to sit and always relaxing whether it's on the more crowded side or empty. A great institution to have in the city.
